A humble recommendation for a cover would be the song Machines by the Scottish band Biffy Clyro

What a song, what a cover! The little bridgey / solo bit at the end is sooo good, you can hear it at the start of the fade in out demo on Spotify. The setting sun into fade in out version Noel played that you mentioned is a personal favourite of mine. You probably already know this but Johnny Depp played slide guitar on the album version 😃

Be Here Now was the first album I ever bought, at the age of seven. Got it with some birthday money on cassette because I couldn't afford the CD. 😆
